ALL subscribers need to establish their own password and security question. If you have not done so yet, please call us to set this up. This is a new security measure and your password will be needed to make any inquiries or changes to your account. When you call you will need to be authenticated as the owner of this account. So you will need to have the letter you received in December with the PIN number or a copy of your current phone bill or we can call you back at the number you are establishing the password for. The password has to be at least 6 characters long with 1 number. Now is also the time, as the subscriber, to authorize other individuals that you want to be able to access information or make changes on your account. This can be done one of two ways, the account owner can call us with this information or the Authorization Form (Residential & Business) can be filled out and mailed to us. We can be reached at 802-897-9911, Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 4:30.

VACATION RATE CAN BE JUST A PHONE CALL AWAY!
If you are one of our subscribers that only needs full service for 6 months you can set up to be on Vacation Rate automatically. This puts your service into a dormant state by removing dial tone and eliminating unauthorized use. You must have full service for 6 months to be eligible for this service. Our monthly vacation rate is half of your full rate monthly service charge. You may only be on the vacation rate plan for six months. Your service will be suspended while the vacation rate is in effect, but you will be able to dial 911. When the six months has ended we will automatically reinstate your service. There is a reconnection fee of $18.86 upon reinstatement of your service. If you plan on returning before the six months has elapsed, you will need to contact us with a reconnection date. Call our customer service department at 802-897-9911 and we will be available to go over your options with you.
